A mediation expert based in the Isle of Man has been telling businesses in Sheffield how they could save millions of pounds by helping to ensure staff get along.
Dr Frank Hanna, of the Mediation Agency, has dealt with over 2,000 cases, and says mediation services can provide a swift and more cost-effective way of resolving disputes than going to court.
He gave the talk at the Town Hall in Sheffield to representatives of city firms and the council.
Dr Hanna, who was accompanied by his business partner Nancy Peterson, has worked with the governments of the United States and the Isle of Man to spread the word about resolving disputes in the workplace.
