There's a chance to find out more about how the Isle of Man's employment tribunal works on Thursday (April 14), when a mock hearing takes place at the Broadway cinema.
Advocates John Aycock and Caren Hyde will battle their way through a case before chairman of the tribunal Jerry Carter.
The event starts at 9pm and is part of a programme of events organised by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
The session will give an insight into what to expect at a tribunal, covering issues that commonly crop up.
There will be opportunities to pause proceedings for the advocates to explain their arguments, and a question and answer session after the chairman delivers the tribunal's decision.
