Guernsey based Blue Island Airlines are to nearly double the capacity on the Manx Channel island route.
They are bringing in a Dornier 328 propjet, with seating capacity of 31, up from the present 18.
The service will start on 6 November. Journey time will be cut by 15 minutes and a full hostess service introduced.
In addition to the regular morning weekday services, Blue Islands say they will be introducing a Friday afternoon flight.
