Marketing campaign hits the spot
More than 5,000 people have entered a marketing competition run by the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company.
The competition has been advertised through Facebook and was part of a winter marketing campaign to promote the Island as a tourist destination.
The firm has been exploring ways of attracting more visitors over to the Island in the spring and autumn.
Among the 5,215 entrants, one will win a holiday including return ferry travel for a car and two people, three nights at the Claremont Hotel in Douglas, and a pass granting unlimited admission to all Manx National Heritage attractions.
Free travel will also be provided for the winner, as well as the option of VIP guided tours at MNH sites.
