Manx Telecom is hosting two breakfast briefings at its Braddan HQ on 10 and 11 October,
with the aim of "lightening the technology load for small and medium-sized businesses".
The briefings are for "a range of tailor-made phone packages to give them capabilities previously only available to larger companies – without the big business price tag".
MT says the packages are designed to take the hassle away and suggest that they will be of particular interest to companies looking to update or upgrade their existing systems.
The packages comprise a fully equipped SMB-sized phone system which can also provide advanced applications such as voice mail to email capability, contact centre functionality and is compatible with on the move solutions such as BlackBerry.
Each package includes full installation by Manx Telecom’s specialist technicians. And , in technical terms, " customers will be further reassured to know that they are based on proven Nortel PBXs".
This will be available from 7.45am on both days, with a short presentation starting at 8am, followed by a Q&A session. Attendees will also have the chance to view and talk through the technology with a Manx Telecom expert.
