IT company has staff in IOM and Manchester
Manx Telecom hopes buying a company that provides IT infrastructure and managed services will allow it to build a presence in the UK.
The firm has announced it's purchased Synapse360, which has been operating on the Isle of Man since 1999.
Synapse currently has around 40 staff working in Douglas and Manchester, with clients on and off the Island.
MT's Strategic Development Director David Smith hopes this will benefit both businesses.
