Manx Telecom says it is to provide the fastest home broadband yet available in the Isle of Man.
In the new phone book, the company says this year it's running trials for two similar systems, called Fibre To The Home and Fibre To The Building.
The network would use fibreoptic cables to provide download speeds of 100 megabits per second.
That's more than twice the speed of the company's new Ultima service, at 40 megabits, and more than six times faster than most people's ADSL connections.
