Acquisition nearing completion
A global trust, estate and corporate services provider with offices in Douglas has added another string to its bow.
First Names Group, which operates in 13 jurisdictions including the Island, is currently finalising its acquisition of Jersey-based Nautilus Trust Company.
Around 70 staff from the Bailiwick and a clientele from London to Hong Kong will now come under the First Names banner - pending regulatory approval.
It's not known if staff at the company's offices on Victoria Road will be affected by the buyout.
