Island firm behind new training initiative
Efforts will begin in September to train up more aircraft, maritime and general maintenance engineers in the Isle of Man.
The courses are the brainchild of the director of Ronaldsway-based European Aviation Maintenance, and will be run in partnership with University College Isle of Man, using its William Kennish Building at Hills Meadow, on Peel Road in Douglas.
EAM's director, Chris Astley, explained to Ed Oldham why he was motivated to set up the course:
