
Micky Swindale, Associate Director of KPMG in the Isle of Man, has recently been appointed as Offshore Head of People and Change for KPMG.
She will provide leadership to the specialists in that advisory field in all of KPMG’s member firms in offshore jurisdictions.
Micky, who trained with Arthur Anderson in Manchester before joining KPMG in the Isle of Man in 1997, moved from Audit into Advisory Services in 2003 after a period with Zurich Financial Services.
KPMG’s local Advisory offering, for which Micky has oversight responsibilities, covers a range of services using a core staff of 15, to which it adds from the wider firm for large projects.
