Caledonian Fund Services has announced Lillian Boyle has joined its board as a non-executive director.
Lillian was the managing director of Scottish Provident International and has worked both in the United Kingdom and Isle of Man.
She is a previous president of the UK's Chartered Insurance Institute and sits on the Professional Oversight Board of the UK Financial Reporting Council.
Lillian is no stranger to Caledonian, having served as a non-executive director on its sister company Caledonian Trust for the past two years.
