Fiduciary, funds and corporate services provider First Names Group has appointed Morgan Jubb as Group Chief Executive Officer.
He will replace the current CEO Declan Kenny, who will move in to the role of Group Executive Chairman.
Kenny, who has served as CEO since 2003, says Jubb, "Is a strong leader with a passion for finance and deep understanding of the business.
His track record of execution and strategic leadership, combined with his open-minded approach to problem solving has earned him the respect of employees, clients and partners group wide.
