Stephen Shaper stepping down
A Manx-based online payment processor says it’s looking for a new director.
In a statement, Optimal Payments says Stephen Shaper, a non-executive director, is stepping down from its board with immediate effect.
He joined the company in 2012.
Dennis Jones, Optimal’s chairman, paid tribute to Mr Shaper and said the company would immediately start the process of finding a replacement.
