An new initiative to help Island businesses adapt to new equality laws was launched on the Island this week.
The Equality Assessment Framework was introduced at a breakfast event organised by the man behind the Isle of Man Responsible Business Awards, Jean Paul Nguegang.
He believes employers and organisations on the Island will benefit from some help in making changing to working practices:
