The Isle of Man Assurance group has appointed three new directors.
Mike Hodgson joins the group as managing director of IMPACKT, which will trade under the IOMA Solutions banner.
Previously, he was managing director of Abacus and has 30 years experience in financial services.
Alex McNee and Paula Coates have also joined the IOMA group as directors.
