Manx-based ewallet company Neovia Financial says it has appointed two new board members with immediate effect.
The firm – which recently changed its name from Neteller – says John Bateson and Jonathan Comerford have become non-executive directors.
Mr Bateson is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants In Ireland, and Finance Director and Company Secretary of the fund management group International Investment and Underwriting.
Mr Comerford is investment manager at International Investment & Underwriting, which is based in Dublin.
