Rossborough Financial Services Limited has appointed Steve Warner as its new managing director.
Mr Warner takes over from Mike Larbalestier who is stepping down to reduce his working hours.
Both men were instrumental in the merger of Rossborough Financial Services and Rossborough Financial Planning earlier this year.
Mr Larbalestier will remain as a director.
The company says Mr Warner takes over at a time when income tax relief on life assurance premiums are being phased out in Guernsey which means increased demand for the company’s services.
