There's a new man at the helm of Isle of Man Post Office, in the short term.
Mike Kelly has been appointed acting chief executive officer for the next six months, following the retirement of Bill Chacksfield.
Mr Kelly, who has been with the Post Office for 36 years, is currently chief operating officer.
Finance director David Catlow will become his deputy.
Mr Kelly has descibed the current climate as 'challenging' for postal authorities around the world, as the traditional post business continues to decline.
But he says he's looking at new initiatives to create revenue, and is promising Isle of Man Post Office will consider 'a number of exciting opportunities' over the next 12 months.
