McVey and Nicholson off to Gotland
Two members of staff from eGaming company Newfield will compete at the Island Games for the third time in 2017, with support from the firm.
Jack McVey has been named in the men’s football squad, while Matthew Nicholson will be one of the badminton players heading to the games on the Swedish island of Gotland.
Newfield, where the pair have worked for a combined six years, is covering all travel costs for the pair.
The company's director, Denis Mikan, says it's really proud they have been selected for the games and are delighted to provide them with the funding.
The games take place at the end of next month.
