Latest tenant for Tevir Group
Online gaming operator Gamesys is the latest tenant to take up residence in 55 Athol Street.
The company says the move will bring its Isle of Man operations together under one roof and allow it to further expand its team.
The building, in Douglas, is owned by the Tevir Group.
Managing director Ciaran Doherty said: “They are a leading and well-respected brand within their industry and it is really positive news that they have chosen to open an office, here in Douglas, further developing their operations on the Isle of Man which were first established last year.
“With only one office suite remaining the response we have had since the refurbishment was completed 15 months ago has been fantastic.”
