The insurance company will be hosting an open day for potential employees on Thursday, May 13.
The firm says it's currently recruiting people for customer services, corporate services and sales operations at its Royal Court offices in Castletown.
During the open day, members of staff will be on hand to talk about vacancies and hand out information packs.
