Manx-based online payment company Optimal Payments has announced it’s to join Verifi’s Cardholder Dispute Resolution Network platform.
The move means customers who use Optimal’s NETBANX online payment system can manage credit card disputes quickly and easily.
Martin Leroux, Optimal’s Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, says the risk management tool allows clients to minimize the liability and costs of managing online fraud.
Verifi’s platform can automatically resolve customer disputes before they become chargebacks, reducing operating expenses for merchants and card issuers.
It also means consumers get a better buying experience.
