
Chief Minister Tony Brown says the financial industry in the Isle of Man is still doing well, despite the collapse of Kaupthing Singer and Friedlander.
He also says the government is doing all it can to help those who face losing money.
The comments come after it was announced the Manx Government is going to press Kaupthing Bank in Iceland to honour its guarantee to protect depositors in the Manx subsidiary.
