Move follows buyout and rebrand of website
The owner of Isle of Man-based PokerStars -Amaya - has launched its own fantasy sports website, ahead of the new NFL american football season.
'StarsDraft by PokerStars' is a rebrand of an existing service offered by Austin, Texas-based DFS site Victiv.com, which Amaya bought out last month.
Its management team, led by CEO Matthew Primeaux, has re-branded the site and integrated it into the PokerStars platform.
He says PokerStars is one of the most dominant and trusted brands in online gaming, adding the company is proud to add its innovative platform to Amaya's portfolio of leading technology companies.
