Over £10,000 raised for Manx Cancer Help
Island law firm Quinn Legal held its inaugural corporate team challenge day at the Venture Centre earlier this month (Sat 14 July), all in the name of charity.
The task - to create a combination of challenges based around teamwork, problem solving and communication skills, in the hope of raising £1,000 for local charity Manx Cancer Help, which is the company's chosen charity of the year.
The day, which tested the mental and physical agility of six corporate teams, has so far raised a total figure of over £10,000.
Paul Blake and Steve Cobb of Quinn Legal handed a cheque for £10,000 to Andrea Chambers and Dawn Herbert from the charity, but it's thought more money is still coming in.
Panacea Pharma Projects were the winners on the day, with Ramsey Crookall a close second.
