AFD Software's annual donation tops £750k
Around £750,000 is being donated by a Ramsey-based IT company to more than 50 charities locally and internationally.
AFD Software is providing aid to medical care and disaster relief agencies, as well as funding youth programmes and projects to help people with disabilities.
The firm hosts its annual charity evening tonight (8 Dec) at Ramsey Golf Club - where the founder and CEO of Christians Against Poverty, John Kirkby will speak.
He joins others in presenting 'inspiring' stories to the AFD's 50 strong team from 7pm, to celebrating its work and donations.
While with the company, Mr Kirkby is offering training sessions on Culture and the Power of Encouragement.
