A new company on the Island is aiming to keep more people active this winter.
'Ready Steady Dance' is a class that encourages fitness and flexibility while Ready Steady Party brings back old school fun and imagination through personalised parties for children's special occasions.
The two outlets are the brainchild of Jen Callister, who says the dance classes are open to all ages - not just the youngsters.
