
Royal London has revealed its new merged business will be known as Royal London 360 degrees when it launches next year.
The company bought Scottish Provident International in June and is merging with Scottish Life International.
Two hundred staff will move into one building ahead of the launch on January 1.
The new company’s business plan is still under development but should get the go-ahead by November.
With offices in the Isle of Man, in Dubai and Hong Kong, the firm is hoping for growth in South Africa the Middle East and Germany.
