The Department of Economic Development is seeking interested parties to open a second hotel and casino complex in the Isle of Man.
It's thought a five-star facility could increase visitor numbers and help to diversify the Island's overall economy.
The lack of gaming duty on terrestrial casinos is likely to increase the appeal for potential developers, and DED is expecting a large amount of interest.
Tenders should be submitted to the Department of Economic Development which is working with Global Betting and Gaming Consultants and the Isle of Man's Gambling Supervision Commission.
