
The Isle of Man's winter skating season has come to a close.
It's eight weeks since many local residents first put on a pair of skates in the Villa Marina gardens, and began dancing, gliding or stumbling on ice.
The venture has proved a huge success, with more than 30,000 visits over the period.
The rink is now being packed away, but there are strong indications it will return next winter.
