GVC completes £1.2bn takeover
The economic development minister has given his thoughts on one of the biggest egaming deals of the financial year.
Yesterday, it was announced that Island-based betting firm GVC Holdings had successfully taken over bwin party Digital Entertainment.
It beat off competition from a number of international companies to strike a £1.2billion agreement.
