Millie leaps into unknown with gusto
A Manx family which raised almost £5,000 for a cancer charity in a three-generational skydive, has thanked the Steam Packet Company for transporting them to their adventure.
Millie Cleverley who's 67, her 39-year old daughter Vicky Taylor and granddaughter Jasmine Cane who's 19, braved their sponsored jump from 15,000 ft, at Cockerham in Lancashire.
The trio aimed to raise £1,200 for the Clatterbridge Cancer Charity, which supports patients and their families during treatment, but have so far totted up £4,800.
Millie, whose husband Neill received treatment at the hospital in Liverpool, has thanked SPC for covering the cost of their ferry travel to the UK, saying it made "a huge difference."
