Strix Group, the locally based manufacturer of kettle safety controls, has confirmed that a competitive refinancing process is to be formally initiated in the coming weeks.
The company recently announced a pre-tax profit of £18.7 million and a decrease in net debt to £63.7 million for the year ending 31 December.
It says the refinancing will provide cost effective and flexible funding to support the company's medium-term investment-driven growth aspirations.
Strix Plc is the global leader in the design, manufacture and supply of kettle safety controls and other components and devices involving water heating and temperature control, steam management and water filtration.
