Ten companies nominated
The Isle of Man once again has a strong presence among the nominations at the International Fund and Product Awards, with ten companies recognised.
Now in their 17th year, the awards are for those deemed to offer the best funds and products across a range of different categories.
The Isle of Man was named Best International Finance Centre last year and has been nominated for the award again in 2016.
Director at Integralife International and Chairperson of the Manx Insurance Association Gillian Marples says the number of local insurance companies represented in the nominations reflects the high quality products the Island has to offer.
She adds that this year the association is working with the industry regulator as it looks to introduce a conduct of business code for insurers operating on the Island.
