Sure says it now has more than 75,000 active customers across the Isle of Man and Channel Islands, giving it more than 40 per cent of total market share.
Making the announcement, the company also says it has seen 2,000 people porting their mobile phone number to it since the end of June last year.
Since 2007, Sure says it has signed up almost 16,000 new customers in the Isle of Man – and another 60,000 in Jersey and Guernsey.
The company also says it plans to compete for mobile data in the near future with the launch of a 3G network here in the Island.
