Experience of blind and partially sighted customers experienced
Staff at telecoms firm Sure have been receiving specialist training to better assist partially sighted customers.
Employees wore blindfolds or modified glasses and took part in various activities such as finding the door and avoiding obstacles.
A guide dog also featured in the training, as staff gained more understanding of the challenges blind people face in day-to-day life.
The exercise was done as part of Manx Blind Welfare Society's Vision Awareness Week promoting improved care for people suffering from a visual impairment.
