Firm's gift helps library turn new leaf
Telecommunications firm Sure has lent its support to readers with a financial offering to the Island's Family and Mobile Libraries.
The £2,500 pledge is set to help the libraries' combined catalogues of nearly 70,000 books, audiobooks and DVDs stay up-to-date.
Sure is also continuing to provide free Wi-Fi to the Mobile Library.
Librarian Sarah Henderson said the 'generous gift' was warmly welcomed by staff and patrons, and would ensure the facilities' ongoing operations - both on and off the road.
