
An expert on Asian Technology markets has addressed the Isle of Man branch of the British Computer Society.
Charles Chang analysed the politics, economics, social change and technology in China and India, and looked at the implications for enterprises and for governments.
Mr Chang is a fellow of the British Computer Society and a management consultant who works with major IT vendors to improve their sales and marketing effectiveness.
