Meditation documentary 'A Mindful Choice' to be shown
The Tea Junction is adding a film screening to its usual tea and cake.
The local tea house will be showing ‘A Mindful Choice’ - a documentary about the power of a meditation practice called Ascension.
There will be a short talk after the screening and a chance to meet some of the meditation teachers involved.
Organiser of the event, Ali Hodgson, has been touring the film across the UK and Europe.
She told Rhian Evans she's excited to bring it to a new audience on the Island:
Tickets are £5 and can be bought through The Tea Junction, drinks will be available on the night.
