After battling to win over mobile phone customers in the Isle of Man, Sure says it's ready to expand into the broadband market.
From next month it will offer broadband services to homes, as well as internet television and video on demand.
The news may please TT fans who miss the terrestrial ITV channels showing the racing, as a full freeview service will be offered over the internet.
