
New audience research figures show Manx Radio is the second most listened-to station in Britain, for its size.
The RAJAR (Radio Joint Audience Research) statistics cover October, November and December last year and show the station reached 58 per cent of its possible audience.
That means 40,100 people were tuning in for programmes during the period.
Manx Radio's chairman David North says the figures are very pleasing, given the station is having to make cuts:
