The Institute of Leadership and Management held a seminar this week teaching people how to network.
The event on Wednesday saw more than 40 delegates get together to hear from speaker Tessa Hood, the managing director of Changing Gear Ltd.
She explained how getting to know people through networking can lead to better business opportunities and relationships.
The institute co-hosted the event with TLC Business Solutions.
