The outgoing lieutenant governor is praising the work of the Manx government and those in the private sector for the way they have handled economic challenges during his term of office.
Sir Paul and Lady Haddacks leave the Island tomorrow (Friday) at the end of a five and a half year tenure which has seen some difficult times, including the collapse of the KSF Bank and the redrawing of the VAT agreement.
