The Financial Supervision Commission has issued updated information about the Financial Services Act 2008.
The Act’s subordinate legislation and rule book comes into force in two day's time, on New Year’s Day.
Just in time for that, the FSC has issued a briefing document and some additional guidance for the new rule book.
