Video interviews could become much easier for local businesses thanks to a new partnership.
The Needle, with headquarters in the Isle of Man, provides online video interviewing software and has teamed up with multi-posting job platform LogicMelon.
The partnership will mean recruiters can interview and review candidates in a secure digital network.
The Needle's Managing Director and co-founder Christine Tautari said the partnership will offer a powerful, value added service that benefits all.
