
We're being told to spend wisely this Christmas and avoid getting into debt.
That's from Pauline Wood, the Advice Centre Manager at the Office of Fair Trading in the Isle of Man.
It's after a survey in the UK showed one in four people who ran up debts last Christmas are still paying them off.
