Wind deal for Greenko

A Manx-based clean energy developer says it has signed a deal to provide wind farms with a combined potential of 650 megawatts.

Greenko Group Plc develops clean-energy plants in India and the new concessions mean it will increase its total portfolio to 1,015 megawatts.

The firm has signed a memorandum of understanding for General Electric to carry out the projects.

GE will supply, install, and maintain its XLE 1.6-megawatt turbines.
