The countdown is on for an attempt by Barclays Wealth Management to beat the world three-legged record.
The event, at Noble's Park this Sunday, October 11, is in aid of Wish Upon a Dream, the company's Charity of the Year.
To break the record, over 190 couples must run 250 metres and remain tied together for the full distance.
The entry fee is £20 per couple and all proceeds will go to the charity.
To encourage younger runners, Barclays has pledged to pay the entry fees for all participants under the age of 18.
