Zurich Bank International and the financial institution's Life operation are to share premises in the main Zurich building in Athol Street, Douglas from next month.
The bank is moving out of its current premises at Harbour Court, Lord Street on 21 May.
Zurich Bank International's CEO Mark Waterhouse says the move is a great opportunity to increase the bank's profile on the Island, as the street-fronted premises in Athol Street which is their registered office, will allow customers to visit them more easily.
Mr Waterhouse says the move will also foster closer ties with the insurance company, with which the bank already shares some back office services.
The bank and international life businesses are now looking forward to arranging joint social and charitable events.
