No evidence over break-in
Prosecutors have dropped a 15-year-old burglary charge against a man from Douglas, saying he can't get a fair trial.
35-year-old Eamon Moore had been accused of the break-in on Hope Street in June 2004.
But when he appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes, he was told the prosecution would offer no evidence because it wasn't in the public interest to proceed.
Mrs Hughes formally dismissed the charge and Mr Moore walked free from court.
